• Payment Information: We do not store your credit card information directly. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We only store a reference ID (stripe_customer_id) to verify your subscription status.

B. Usage and Content Data

• Form Content: When you use the "Solve" feature, the text and images from the Google Form you are viewing are temporarily processed by our servers and sent to AI providers (OpenAI/Google) to generate answers. We do not permanently store the content of the forms you solve.
• Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data, such as button clicks, page views, and errors. This helps us fix bugs and improve the user experience.
• Support Messages: If you use the "Contact Us" feature, your message, along with your name and email, is sent to our support system (via Telegram) so we can respond to you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. To Provide the Service: To authenticate your account, verify your subscription plan (Free/Pro), and generate answers for the forms you submit.
2. To Process Payments: To manage subscriptions and billing via Stripe.
3. To Improve the App: To analyze usage trends and fix technical issues.
4. To Communicate: To respond to your support requests or send important service updates (e.g., changes to this policy).

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to third parties. We only share information with third-party service providers to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

• Google (Firebase/Auth): For secure user authentication.
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI & Google (Gemini): We transmit form questions and images to these AI providers solely for the purpose of generating answers. These providers do not use your data to train their models.
• PostHog: For product analytics and performance monitoring.
• Telegram: For receiving and managing user support inquiries.

4. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data (Name, Email) for as long as your account is active.

• Account Data: Stored in our secure database (PostgreSQL).
• Subscription Data: Retained to maintain your access to Pro features.
• Form Data: Questions and answers processed by the AI are transient and are not permanently stored in our database after the session ends.

5. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.

• All data transmission occurs over secure HTTPS/SSL channels.
• Passwords and sensitive tokens are encrypted.
• We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
